    Wow what an amazing time I have just spent with you & the river. Watching your dog run free, hearing the river sound, also free, the falling leaves letting go, the bird flitting around and feeling such peace & joy - the music, your words showing me that everything is connected - we are one touching each other & creation.. and right at the centre is LOVE ... thank you from deep within my heart loves & hugs Heather
